Lannouan takes its name from one of the <strong>14 seigneuries of the commune of Land\u00e9vant<\/strong>. We find the trace of a certain <strong>Herv\u00e9 de Lannouan<\/strong> in 1464.<\/p>\n<p>In the 18th century, the <strong>De Perrien family<\/strong> took possession of the Ch\u00e2teau and its lands and remained the owners until the 1960s. The revolutionary episode strengthened the De Perrien family&#8217;s fortune. Numerous changes in the composition of the Ch\u00e2teau at the beginning of the 19th century are proof of this.<\/p>\n<p>The castle was heavily damaged during the Second World War.
